Application:

Put a little dab on your hand or finger and gently rub it on the area. Make sure that it is well absorbed in the skin. The itch should go away pretty fast, and relieve the inflammation and soreness.

Dyshidrosis

I've had this condition for a while now, (Itchy bumps on the palm of my hand) I've used different creams including steroids. They helped keep it under control but it is still there and irritating. I've used Neem Balm for a week now with a cotton glove to protect the hand. The bumps and itching are gone, I well continue this method for at least another week to make sure, but right now I am more than happy with this product. Thanks for making this available.
